    I use this tool to schedule meetings with a number of different folks and it generally works quite well. It handles cross-timezone issues, reconfirms meetings back to you and notifies you if the people you’re trying to schedule haven’t responded yet. It also integrates seamlessly with Outlook through a plug-in. I recommend it.
